Why did I stop in today at Arhaus Furniture near Inner Harbor?



Because I had a request for a love seat, maybe 2 for the top executive of one of my clients, and I felt they might have what they wanted. It had to be "snoozable", comfy, stylish, handsome, and well made. They had just what I think he was looking for. I was able to check out about 8 samples of fabric, I felt might work based on his decor. I phoned him while I was there and gave him dimensions and idea of cost, ALL GOOD!

Then I took picture and sent it to him , explaining the details and why I chose this for him. It had a low enough arm height, and rolled option (and I tried it out!) that it gave perfect neck support, while being easy to flop legs over the other end. Most commercial lounge seating tend to be scaled down, even if not, most sit VERY FIRM. So not a good match for someone desiring a "CAT NAP"!

I got an extra 5% to be able to make something for my efforts. MAIN thing is to take care of the customer...and not by just handing them a catalogue and asking for them to tell you what they want, thats what order takers do....at 1 Source I PROMISE the best customer service, and I feel I deliver that promise as I live it, it is my business mantra.
