I used a material called "Ultrahide" for the black chairs, it is man made, softer than leather and very durable. Electric in the table has a pop up with 3 outlets and one for IT, conference credenza, there are one at each end fit snug into a cubby and are 36"H. Dramatic effect, reasonable price.
