Customer Service. Office Furniture Baltimore

When we all talk about customer service, it has to be more than just talk. I would like to share an email I received from a new client.

"Of course, I have been looking at more than one source… that’s just good business practice. I will tell you that you have been the most responsive vendor, have been the only one to give me what I have asked for, and have the most competitive prices, so you’re clearly in the lead J (WAY in the lead.) "
