HOW TO DELIVER SERVICE AND VALUE TO THE CUSTOMER

This Friday, my company delivered 12 offices to one of my best clients in VA. My infrastructure is set up in a way as I use the best of what is out there. My crew was headed by Vernon and Tony and in all my 30 plus years of furniture experience, I've never seen anyone better at their jobs.

When job was complete the customer went around shaking every one's hands and complimenting them on how amazing and professional everyone was. My only reason for being in business is to take care of my customer, if I do that properly, they will take of me.

SO my goal when I started my own company was to RAISE the bar for customer service. This may be hard to believe but I LOVE my customers, they make it possible for me to support my family and for that I am forever grateful, humble, appreciative and I show it every chance I get.
