HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER, BALTIMORE'S BEST SOURCE FOR OFFICE FURNITURE

My only reason for being in business is to take care of my customer, if I do that properly, they will take of me.

SO my goal when I started my own company was to RAISE the bar for customer service. This may be hard to believe but I LOVE my customers, they make it possible for me to support my family and for that I am forever grateful, humble, appreciative and I show it every chance I get.

I recently had an occasion to meet with a client this Friday at the teeth of rush hour around 5 PM at his new office space. I was hoping for 3 PM but it was 5 PM. He said...."can you still make it?" I said " for you I would do anything....I'll be right over"....honey hold dinner! haaa

I HEAR what my customers are saying and asking of me, I NEVER say no. My only answer is yes and how soon do you need me to be there? I'll work all weekend long on a project, the busier I am the happier I am.

I can get anything my customers need, but better yet, I use my 30 years plus experience as VP of a local office furniture company, running all facets of the operation, especially merchandising the store, and customer service...I use all of what I know to the benefit of my customers. And they ONLY deal with me, it's my company and I am the conduit for the orders.

I have AMAZING partners in getting the job done. IMHO the best office furniture firm in MD, the best support staff with 15 years of executive expertise. MY inside support staff buddy Chris (a wonderful lady) makes all this possible. She's bright , intelligent and swift like a cougar in responsiveness.

I have connections for the best refurbished panel systems anywhere using only HAWORTH panels, about 50% of the cost of new....and occasionally find wonderful CLEAN used cubes for even much more savings. I'm more flexibile now than I ever was.

As my customer tonight was leaving with his 2 new managers of his new company, he left me to measure the offices as they headed out he said " I love you man".... I love you too! What level of service and dedication would elicit such a response?
