HOW TO DELIVER SERVICE AND VALUE TO THE CUSTOMER

This Friday, my company delivered 12 offices to one of my best clients in VA. My infrastructure is set up in a way as I use the best of what is out there. My crew was headed by Vernon and Tony and in all my 30 plus years of furniture experience, I've never seen anyone better at their jobs.

When job was complete the customer went around shaking every one's hands and complimenting them on how amazing and professional everyone was. The delivery mgr made me a bet on his paycheck, Brian said if I wasn't amazed and 100% satisfied with the install I could have his paycheck....he kept his paycheck!

Where I also save customers money is I use my 30 years of experience and knowledge of the office furniture industry and the manufacturers, that I specified this job, client loved the look and quality and also save them 40-50% compared to what they usually buy!

We decided to assemble everything on site and still were finished by 3PM !
